Aaron Cohen
Director
Aaron joined GTCR in 2003 and is currently Managing Director leading the Financial Services & Technology group. His background includes roles at Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst, and Salomon Smith Barney's M&A division. Aaron oversees GTCR's investments in companies like AssuredPartners, Cisive, GCS, Paya, and RevSpring. He's played a pivotal role in successful ventures such as Callcredit Information Group, Fundtech, Ironshore, Optimal Blue, Premium Credit Limited, Protection 1 and GTCR’s investment in Prestige Brands. He holds a BS in accountancy with high honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign.
