Charles Drucker is Chief Executive Officer of Worldpay. He is a seasoned leader in the payments industry, renowned for his strategic vision and expertise. He has been at the forefront of industry change, driven by a passion for technological advancement and customer-centricity.

He served as Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Worldpay, Inc., following the 2018 acquisition of Worldpay Group plc by Vantiv Inc. Through a combination of visionary leadership and strategic acquisition, he navigated the company to transformative growth, positioning Worldpay as a pioneering force in the payment ecosystem and number one global merchant acquirer.

Prior to 2018, Charles served as CEO of Vantiv, joining in 2004, and leading both its separation from Fifth Third Bancorp in 2009 and subsequent successful IPO and listing on the NYSE in 2012. Previously, Charles was President of Fifth Third Processing Solutions; later Vantiv. He enjoyed a tenured career at Fifth Third Bank within its Investment Advisors division, which included Private Bank, Securities Retail Brokerage, Asset Management, and Institutional Services.
