Chip Keller oversees the end-to-end legal, compliance, and risk functions at Worldpay. He is a seasoned legal professional with almost two decades spent focusing on the financial technology sector. Chip previously served as Senior Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary overseeing corporate governance, the Board of Directors, M&A, as well as ESG and corporate affairs at FIS. He served as Chief Corporate Counsel for Lender Processing Services, Inc. and was a partner in two Jacksonville law firms, where he specialized in corporate, securities and business law.
