Biography

Nichole is Chief People and Culture Officer at Worldpay, leading the Global People function focusing on talent, employee experience and building a high-performing culture. Nichole has experience working with a number of global leading technology firms. She previously served as Chief People & Culture Officer at Prima, a global InsurTech company and as head of Human Resources, Marketing and Communications at Xplor, a private equity backed payments company. Prior to this, she spent almost a decade in senior HR roles at Worldpay.
